PIPEX Dial Installation Check Utility

Version 1.0

This utility program is designed to check your computer system
configuration to ensure that a subsequent PIPEX Dial installation
is successful.  The utility will also perform a post installation
check to ensure that the Dial configuration is still valid after
other Internet software has been installed.

To run the checker utility

1. From the Windows program manager select File>Run and type
   a:\checker.exe  (or equivalent pathname from CD)

2. From the File Manager just double click on the checker.exe 
   program.

3. Select Pre or Post installation check

4. Click on the "Check" button

5. Any configuration problems will be reported.


Please note that WINSOCK.CHK in this directory is just a renamed
WINSOCK.DLL
